yes... well... they figured out that just telling people not to come into work may save money upfront, but costs more money as it causes everything to be behind schedule. so yes! lets have furlough days. and yes! overtime for everyone. just make sure you don't come in on friday?
and yeah, it does fuck me up still that its been 70-75 degrees in the middle of winter. |

It's not just snow, 3 weeks of it not melting has meant you have ice then snow then ice then snow although you're right no fucker can drive in this snow. My dad who works for a country park has been out with mountain rescue over the last few weeks, he ended up towing out a 4x4 which got stuck with his corsa and then there was some walker who fell into a ditch which filled with snow and got stuck up to his neck in the stuff.
Just about all melted where I live though, thank fuck. |
